How fast is shipping?
We ship all orders out 1-2 days after you order it, exluding Sundays. We ship everything out via USPS First Class, so it should arrive in an orange bubble envelope in no more than a week.
Everything here is handmade?
Sure is. Everything in the shop is made by hand.
I haven't received my order yet and it's been a while. What can i do?
You should always receive your order no more than 1 week after you order it. If it's been more, use the contact page to let me know, or check your tracking using your tracking number sent to your email along with your receipt.
Can I request a custom bracelet?
Of course you can! Use the same contact page to have us make you a custom bracelet just for you. We're happy to make custom orders for no extra charge.
What's the deal with your return policy?
If you are ever not satisfied with a product you buy from here, just send it back (you pay for shipping) and we'll refund your money via PayPal.
